BACKGROUND

With the Walmart Connect team, I worked with Fortune 500 brands to bring campaigns to life across Walmart’s digital space. I led a team of 15+ designers and copywriters while staying hands-on with creative across banners, brand pages, and custom content. Brands were given different levels of flexibility based on their media investment, from bronze to platinum, which shaped what could be designed and where it could live within Walmart's ecosystem. Hershey’s was considered a silver-tier client, but I pushed the work beyond that. I art directed an interactive brand page with video, recipes, a gallery, and a movie ticket offer tied to The Addams Family release. Paired with a homepage takeover and onsite ads, it created a full customer journey. The campaign saw a 51% increase in new to brand customers and a 62% lift in return on ad spend compared to Easter, which strengthened the client's trust with Walmart's in-house team.
